Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing a reliable and timely delivery experience for all Le’ Diva Boutique orders.

Shipping Rates

We offer:

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
Flat rate shipping of $9.99 on orders under $100

Oversized Box Items

Certain items, including select hats, require specialized packaging due to their size and structure. These items are classified as Oversized Box Items and are shipped separately at a the rate calculated by UPS regardless of order total.

Oversized Box Items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS to provide consistent tracking, dependable delivery, and a high level of service.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted such as pre-order items.

Le’ Diva Boutique ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on destination and UPS transit times. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout when available and are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping options reduce carrier transit time after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier; they do not change Le’ Diva Boutique’s Monday–Friday shipping schedule.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.

We make every effort to meet or exceed those timelines.

Shipping Address Requirements

At this time, we ship via UPS and are unable to deliver to:

P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO addresses

If you require delivery to one of these address types, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather or carrier disruptions.

If an issue arises with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist as appropriate.

Packages Marked Delivered

Le’ Diva Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. Carrier tracking showing a delivered status will be treated as confirmation that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and secure. If a delivered package cannot be located, the customer should contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, or front desk staff. Le’ Diva Boutique may, at its discretion, assist with shipment documentation, but refunds, replacements, will not be issued.
