Return/Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unaltered, unused, and resellable condition. Garments must be returned in the original packaging in which they were received, including the protective plastic, to help prevent wrinkling or damage during return transit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, customers should use the return or order assistance option available through their original order confirmation email. This helps ensure that the request is connected to the correct order and allows Customer Service to review the request properly.
To avoid delays, customers should use the original order confirmation email whenever possible. Requests submitted by direct email may require up to 24 business hours for order verification before they can be reviewed or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of both the item and packaging. Items that are defective, damaged during shipment from us, or incorrectly shipped will qualify for a free return and refund or store credit, if desired by the customer.
Returns for Refund
For approved returns, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns where the seller is not at fault, the cost of return shipping and non-refundable payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Fit-related returns, including items that do not fit as expected or are not preferred after receipt, are not considered seller fault unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or materially different from the product description.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned item(s) once received. Garments returned without the original packaging, including the protective plastic, may be considered not returned in acceptable condition and may be subject to additional handling charges and/or restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item(s) are received and approved following inspection. Refunds will not be issued until the return has been received and inspected.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. This fee may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
Exchanges

For exchanges where Le’ Diva Boutique is not at fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item. Customer Service will provide a payment link for the exchange shipping expense. The exchanged item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected and the exchange shipping payment has been received.
Fit-related exchanges, including requests for a different size, are not considered seller fault unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or materially different from the product description.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is no longer available, Customer Service will notify the customer regarding available options.
Items returned for exchange that are received with avoidable damage, excessive wrinkling, crushing, missing original packaging, or other conditions affecting resale may be subject to applicable restocking and/or handling charges.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs when the seller is not at fault.
For refund returns where the seller is not at fault, the cost of return shipping and non-refundable payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and oversized shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to an error by Le’ Diva Boutique.
For exchanges where the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item before the replacement item is shipped.
Additional Product Information
To help avoid unnecessary returns and fees, we encourage customers to request measurements or additional product information prior to purchase. We reserve the right to apply applicable restocking fees where appropriate.
