Return/Refund Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Damage/defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and packaging. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for free return and refund or store credit if customer desires.

For approved returns, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns where the seller is not at fault, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a restocking fee of up to 25% for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged, which may be reduced or waived at our discretion.

Avoid this fee by requesting measurement information BEFORE making your purchase. We will not hesitate to charge this fee.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
