European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Your notice should clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase and include your order number and contact information.

Returning the Merchandise

Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Free from odors, stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of use
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, protective coverings, and accessories

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Inspection of Returned Merchandise

Upon receipt, returned merchandise will be inspected to verify its condition.

If returned merchandise shows handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item, any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges for upgraded or expedited shipping services are not refundable.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized products
• Products manufactured to customer specifications
• Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws

Additional Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection laws. Where local law provides greater protections than those stated in this policy, those legal rights will apply.
