Brave+True Plush Drop-Crotch Harem Pants

Thank you for responding. I completely understand that fabric can be a matter of personal preference, but my concern was less about my expectations and more about the way the pants are described. They are specifically marketed as “Velvet Drop Crotch Harem Pants,” while the fabric I received feels and looks much more like a faux suede/plush material.

Especially at nearly $107 with shipping, I think it’s reasonable for a customer to expect the material to accurately reflect the description. I would genuinely appreciate clarification on what the fabric actually is.

I also want to say that I absolutely love the cut and design of these pants and would actually prefer to keep them. That’s why I was disappointed by the fabric in the first place. I just wish the response to my review had acknowledged the specific concern I raised rather than framing it as simply the fabric not meeting my expectations. A more understanding and professional response would have meant a lot, especially since I was providing honest feedback about a product I otherwise really like.
